「中学生地球ミーティング」を無事開催
9月23日（水）「秋分の日」に「中学生地球ミーティング」を無事開催しました。
日本、マレーシア、台湾の中学生がスクリーンに一堂に会し、テーマに沿って話し合いました。
"Global Communication for Junior High School Students 2026" was held successfully on September 23rd.
Junior high school students from Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan gathered on a screen and communicate together according to the theme.
テーマ： 「戦争をしなくて済むための、新しい仕組みを提案しよう！」
"Let's propose a new system so that we don't have to go to war!"
戦争をしなくて済むための新しいアイデアを、彼らの世代から提案してもらい、みんなで考えるきっかけにしようと考えました。
We wanted to get their generation to suggest new ideas to avoid war, and use that as a chance for everyone to think together.
期 日：2026年9月23日（水）「秋分の日」 September 23rd, 2026
参加者：各国の中学生
Junior high school students from 3 countries.
参加国：
１．日本（沖縄） Okinawa, Japan
複数の中学校からの個人参加（Individuals from various schools）
２．マレーシア（Kuala Krai） Kuala Krai, Malaysia
Keroh国立中等学校 (Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Keroh)
３．台湾（台南市） Tainan, Taiwan
太子國民中學 (Taitzu Junior High School)
４．全国・世界各地 Aroud the world ＊今回は1名参加（兵庫県）
世界各地からの個人参加（Individuals from any place） ＊自宅から参加（from home）
参加方法：各会場からビデオ通話 (Vieo call from each venue.)
まず、2回の事前研修を行い、テーマについて話し合い、発表資料の作成などの準備を行いました。
今回は、特に難しいテーマとなっているので、テーマについての話し合いの時間を長く取り、アイデア出しから、そのまとめまで、多くの時間を使いました。おかげで、いいアイデアが出たと思います。
Firstly, we held pre-training for 2 times, and discussed the theme, and prepared materials for the presentation.
This time, since the topic is particularly difficult, we spent a long time discussing it, dedicating a lot of time from brainstorming to summarizing. Thanks to that, I believe we came up with some good ideas.
みんなのアイデアを出し合います。Every student expressed one's idea.
最終的に2つのアイデアにまとめました。Finally they managed to narrow them down to 2 concrete ideas.
まとめたアイデアを、グーグルスライドを使って発表資料を作成しました。
They made presentation data with Google Slide.
ここからが、本番です。Google Meet を使って、各会場（日本、マレーシア、台湾）を中継しました。
Now the main program begins. We used Google Meet to broadcast live from each venue (Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan).
【地域・学校紹介】【Introduction of Region and School】
まずは、それぞれの国の地域や学校の紹介をします。
First, we will introduce the regions and schools of each country.
日本側から発表します。
We will start with the presentation from Japan.
まずは、沖縄から。We introduce Okinawa first.
兵庫からも、オンラインで地域の紹介をしてくれました。
Student from Hyogo also introduced the region online.
次に、学校紹介です。まずは、沖縄から。
Then we introduced school in Okinawa.
次に、兵庫の中学校の紹介です。
Then a school in Hyogo was introduced.
次はマレーシア側の紹介です。
Then Malaysia side introduced their school and region.
【文化紹介】【Introduction of Culture】
次に、実演による文化紹介を行いました。
Then we introduced culture to each other.
日本側は、空手の演舞を披露しました。
Japan side performed Karate.
マレーシア側は、伝統の踊りを披露してくれました。
Malaysia side palyed a traditional dance with hands.
お互いに質問を行います。
台湾側は、伝統の踊りを披露してくれました。
Taiwan side palyed a traditional dance.
【テーマについての発表と議論】【Presentation and Discussion on the Theme.】
テーマ： 「戦争をしなくて済むための、新しい仕組みを提案しよう！」
"Let's propose a new system so that we don't have to go to war!"
まずは、日本側から発表します。
Firstly, we start from Japan side.
二つのアイデアを紹介しました。 We introduces 2 ideas.
その１。 First Idea:
お互いの歴史や文化を理解するためのイベントをたくさん行うことで、戦争に向かわない仕組みが作れるのではないか、というアイデアです。
The idea is that by holding a lot of events to understand each other's history and culture, we might be able to create a system that prevents going to war.
その２。 Second Idea:
戦争を起こす側が不利になるような仕組みを作る、というアイデアです。
It's the idea of creating a system that puts the side starting a war at a disadvantage.
お互いに、意見や質問をします。
次に、マレーシア側から発表します。
Then, Malaysia side presented it.
発表のあった内容について、お互いに質問します。
次に、台湾側から発表します。
Then, Taiwan side presented it.
台湾側は資料の作成が間に合わなかったようなので、口頭での発表となりました。
It seems like the Taiwan side didn't manage to finish the materials in time, so they ended up giving a verbal presentation.

最後に、日本側だけで、今日のプログラム全体のまとめを行います。
お互いで、率直な感想を発表します。

We summarise today's program as a whole.
Each participant will give their honest impressions.
今回は、単に「戦争は良くない！」ということの確認ではなく、「どうすれば、戦争をしなくても済む社会が作れるか？」という、具体的なアイデアを出し合うという難しいテーマでした。
「学校では、平和についての学習はあるけれど、実際にどうやったら戦争をなくすことが出来るかという学習は、やったことがない。」という感想が多くありました。
今回、参加者は実際にいろいろのアイデアを考え、みんなで話し合い、最終的に２つの具体的なアイデアにまとめることが出来ました。見事な発表だったと思います。
参加者の皆さん、大変ご苦労様でした。
This time, it wasn’t just about confirming that “war is bad!”—the theme was more challenging: coming up with concrete ideas on “how can we create a society where we don’t have to go to war?”
One comment was, “At school, we learn about peace, but we’ve never actually studied how we could really eliminate war.”
The participants actually came up with various ideas, discussed them together, and finally managed to narrow them down to two concrete ideas. I think it was a fantastic presentation.
